Caladium Executive Coaching was founded in 2020 to be the business brand for one executive coach.  A caladium, pronounced /kəˈlādēəm/ which rhymes with palladium (as in evening at the Palladium), is a  tropical South American plant  cultivated for its brilliantly colored ornamental foliage.
