Caladium Executive Coaching was founded in 2020 to be the business brand for one executive coach.  A caladium, pronounced /kəˈlādēəm/ which rhymes with palladium (as in evening at the Palladium), is a  tropical South American plant  cultivated for its brilliantly colored ornamental foliage. (Depicted to the right).

Caladium plants are very diverse from the very differentiated color patterns to their many variations in size, but they all belong to the same genus.  

Our value of belonging is about feeling secure, supported and accepted; when an individual can be their authentic, true self.  We meet our clients where they are, as they are, and support them fully in achieving their development goals.  As we  expand our roster of coaches we are taking great care to be able to provide coaches that are relatable to the diversity of our clients.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

Caladium plants sprout in the spring and disappear in late fall.  When spring returns so do the caladiums, having multiplied with new growth and development; each year becoming more impressive than the last. 

This is what coaching is all about.  We value the growth and development of our clients, but we also value our own growth and development.  We're lifelong learners.  We love new challenges.  And we love seeing our clients  discover some new idea or concept.  It's very rewarding for us to support others in applying and adapting new concepts to their work.
