Hi.  I'm Mindy Potter, Principal at Caladium Executive Coaching.  I'm also an Executive Coach.

 

I started my career about 30 years ago.  Throughout, I've worked in either generalist human resources roles where I touched all aspects of human resources or specialized in employee relations and conflict resolution helping people resolve people problems.  In 2013, after receiving my first coaching credential: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) I added internal coach to my role and coached leaders of all levels as part of my responsibilities.

In 2020 I created Caladium Executive Coaching and started working as an external executive coach outside my regular working hours.  I also continued to pursue my coach training and achieved my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  

 

I love executive coaching so much that I took the leap in 2022 to focus solely on my business and coaching.

I am so grateful for the time I had in the corporate world because I was able to work with leaders in very different organizations; from restaurants to banking; from family-owned to a Federal Institution.  I've had the opportunity to learn a lot about people and developed a good understanding of what it takes to succeed in business and facilitate growth and agility in our quickly changing world. As an executive coach, I can see the impact my clients have on others and in turn, coach them through the behavioral shifts that will yield the most significant results.
